Early in the season Craig asked if we could all predict who would win and lose the Superbowl and who’d have the first pick in the draft. Well no-one thought Philadelphia would make the Superbowl, let alone win it. Daz was the only person who had the Patriots losing the Superbowl and scored 3 points for that. The two Dave’s both had New England winning so they scored 1 point each. 7 owners had the Browns having the first pick in the draft so 3 points each to them. Congrats to Dave G who was one of them and so proved to be the greatest prognosticator with 4 points The tie-breaker was how far away your predictions finished from where you said, so congrats to Aaron and Johnnie who finished joint-second with Kansas City and Atlanta as the finalists along with Cleveland. Marcus was the furthest from the truth as Oakland (winner) Seattle (loser) and NY Jets (first pick) were a combined 41 places away from where they finished. See attached Predicting spreadsheet. All-Time Leading Points Scorer Johnnie continues to be the All-Time Leading Points Scorer (Regular Season only) having now amassed 11,100 regular season points. Andy H moved past Mark for 4th place while Wayne climbed two spots to tenth. On average Craig’s back-to-back victories have lifted him to a leading 483.4 points per regular season, while Johnnie (482.6) is second ahead of Chief (477.3). Wayne remains fourth averaging 450.8 points per regular season and Marcus has moved up two spots to seventh. Chief remains the highest play-off scorer with 1,653 post season points with Mark second (1,344) with Daz third on 1,238. Marcus is fourth on 1,214 with Johnnie passing David Stamp for fifth. There is no change in the top positions in the Official All-Time Leading Points scorer where Chief has now scored 12,632 points, ahead of Johnnie, Mark, Andy H and Cheryl. On average Chief has scored 549.2pts per season, with Craig second (536.9), followed by Johnnie (534.2) then Wayne & Marcus. A Week Is A Long Time in the BUMS Attached is the favourite chart of the year giving a graphical view of your position in the league table each week. Four different owners led the Premiership:- Ron lead after weeks 1, 2 and 5 (before flirting with relegation from week 9 onwards), Marcus led after weeks 4 & 13 while Aaron after the penultimate week however Craig lead on 4 separate occasions, after week3, weeks 6 to 12, weeks 14 and 15 and crucially at the end of the final week. At the bottom, Mark got no higher than 5th (after week 2) and by week 4 was in the drop zone. Daz never escaped the relegation zone all year long, while AP fell into it after week 12 and never climbed out. It took Cheryl 4 weeks to get into the promotion places but she stayed there ever after while Wayne was in there all season long and David S was only out of it for one week.
